Hi, I’m Christina Cannes, a trauma-informed functional nutritionist and the creator of BELIEF HACKING™.

I also suffered from mental health issues associated with hormonal imbalances due to diet, lifestyle, trapped emotions and trauma. My body was not my own – it rebelled with a variety of symptoms including PCOS, acne, weight gain and estrogen dominance.
After decades of trying to figure out how to live a healthy, balanced and aligned life, I turned away from mainstream modalities and discovered that nutrition which supported healthy cellular methylation COMBINED with subconscious energetic clearing was the way to health. What Problems Does the Program Solve?
So many of our problems come from hormone imbalances. Over 47% of women suffer from disorders related to hormone imbalances – but these aren’t just related to estrogen and testosterone.
Hormones are one of the most influential – but often least understood – elements of the body.
Hormones such as insulin (blood sugar), adrenaline and cortisol (energy) as well as serotonin and dopamine (mental health), estrogen and testosterone (sex) – and all the other hormones your body generates – regulate your body’s processes. Making sure these hormones levels are within healthy range and working efficiently make or break your health.
Radiant health requires balancing these systems and hormones to create true alignment.

Hormones are so Misunderstood
The nervous system is made up of the brain, spinal cord and nerves. It is the body’s communication system that controls much of what your body does.
It allows you to do things like walk, speak, swallow, breathe and learn, and controls how your body reacts in an emergency (fight-flight-freeze).
Each part of your body from your brain to your skin, your heart, your kidneys, and your muscles has a specific job. They take direction from not only your nervous system, but also your endocrine system to get the work done.
The glands of the endocrine system send out hormones that tell each part of your body what work to do, when to do it, and for how long.
The hormones of the endocrine system include: Corticosteroid, Oxytocin, Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), Insulin, Estrogen, Testosterone, Progesterone, Thyroid Hormone, Melatonin and Epinephrine.
Hormones are your body’s chemical messengers whereas an electric impulse is your nervous system’s messenger.
The nervous system sends messages quickly to keep the body safe, whereas the endocrine system sends messages that travel slowly but the effects can last much longer.
To balance your hormones, you need to balance both of these systems.
