Description

A refreshing, natural and relaxing bath soak best for clearing away stagnant energy trapped in your body (eucalyptus oil),  relaxing tired muscles (lavender oil + epsom salt) and skin softening (Kakadu plum seed oil).

Australian sea salt is harvested from some of the world’s cleanest waters. The Southern Ocean, between the southern edge of Australia and the icy coast of Antarctica, flows cool and clear and produces some of the coldest, saltiest water in the world. Sea salt is rich in minerals including sodium chloride, bicarbonate, magnesium, and calcium, which have many health benefits. A sea salt bath can improve blood circulation and decrease inflammation as well as aid in detoxification.

Epsom salt is packed full of beneficial magnesium which can ease stress and relax the body, relieve pain and muscle cramps. The sulphates in Epsom salts may have a detoxifying effect on the body.

Tasmanian lavender oil, Lavandula angustifolia, is sourced from Australia’s most southern state, and has a rich floral scent and is appreciated for its balancing, calming, soothing and known for relieving stress and irritability, along with the added advantage as an excellent agent for dry, sensitive or irritated skin.

Organic Australian eucalyptus oil, Eucalyptus polybractea, was used by Aboriginal people to treat cuts, sores, colds and flus. Naturally found in southern New South Wales and northern Victoria, it has an incredibly fresh, clean, crisp aroma ideal for treating respiratory conditions, headaches and coughs.

Australian Kakadu plum seed oil is a uniquely Australian derived oil from the Kakadu plum fruit. Grown wild in the subtropical areas of the Northern Territory, Western Australia and West Queensland, Kakadu Plum contains 3,000mg of vitamin C per 100g (50% higher than oranges). Vitamin C is used to produce collagen, which reduces wrinkles and lines, reduces scarring, and lightens hyperpigmentation. It can even prevent skin changes caused by photo-ageing. The presence of the phytochemicals helps clear up acne breakouts and balance the complexion. It is naturally brightening and can reduce swelling and help resolve redness. As a natural anti-inflammatory and antibiotic it can be used on the most sensitive of skin types.

INGREDIENTS: Australian sea salt, epsom salt, organic Tasmanian lavender oil, organic Australian eucalyptus oil, Kakadu plum seed oil + dried lavender.

A fresh, floral salt soak with a kick from eucalyptus gives my bath a truly cleansing feel. Not only is the lavender, salt, epsom and oil relaxing, but combined with the eucalyptus, I get out of the water feeling both calm and cleansed, physically and energetically.
